k9pkr Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the k9pkr platform at k9pkr.net (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the k9pkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use of k9pkr after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To open and maintain an account on k9pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. k9pkr does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, play, or withdraw under any circumstances.
• You are not prohibited by applicable law in your jurisdiction from accessing online gaming services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account terminated by k9pkr for cause.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a k9pkr employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

k9pkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, and during periodic account reviews. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by k9pkr may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) single account on the k9pkr Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through third parties — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani contact number or email address.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times. Any change to your name, contact details, or payment methods must be reported to k9pkr promptly.
• Not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or use any automated tool to create or operate a k9pkr account.

k9pkr reserves the right to verify any information you provide during registration and at subsequent points during your account's lifecycle. Verification may involve cross-checking information against third-party identity databases. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your k9pkr account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. k9pkr will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must choose a strong , unique password and must not reuse credentials from other websites or services.
• You must notify k9pkr immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• k9pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or a third party who obtained access through your credentials — is your responsibility unless you have notified k9pkr of a suspected breach in advance.

k9pkr may implement additional security measures at its discretion, including temporary account locks following multiple failed login attempts, IP-based access controls, and device fingerprinting, for the protection of all players on the Platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on k9pkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. k9pkr does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payment methods originating from jurisdictions in which online gaming transactions are prohibited.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your k9pkr PKR wallet within minutes of payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, subject to banking processing times.
• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the time of transaction in the k9pkr cashier.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit on your account.
• k9pkr reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Mobile wallet payouts (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) typically complete within fifteen (15) minutes of processing confirmation.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.
• k9pkr reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected, pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

k9pkr offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, first-deposit match offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply across all k9pkr promotions unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements count at rates specified per game type. Live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate than slots unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Abuse of bonus offers through multiple accounts or coordinated play is prohibited.
• k9pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, exploitation of system errors, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.

7. Betting Rules

All sports betting and live betting activity on k9pkr is governed by the following general rules. Sport-specific rules, market rules, and settlement procedures are published in the k9pkr Sportsbook Help section and are incorporated herein.

• Bets are accepted entirely at k9pkr's discretion. k9pkr reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet receipt is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled by the Player except where a Cash-Out feature is available and explicitly offered on that market.
• k9pkr makes every effort to display accurate odds at all times. In the event of a manifest error in odds — defined as odds materially outside the expected market range — k9pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be voided if k9pkr determines that the Player had access to information about the event's progress at the time of placing the bet that was not yet reflected in the live odds feed.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches, are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.

8. Casino Games & Fairness

All casino games available on k9pkr — including slots, live casino tables, arcade games, and crash-style games — utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and not manipulated by k9pkr or any third party.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within the individual game information panels.
• Live casino games are streamed from professionally operated studios with certified physical equipment. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheels) and are not subject to software RNG manipulation.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error during play, k9pkr reserves the right to void the affected game round. Any stakes wagered on a voided round will be returned to the Player's account.
• Progressive jackpot games accumulate across all participating Players. Jackpot awards are verified and confirmed before being credited. k9pkr is not liable for technical failures that occur during a jackpot trigger event beyond its reasonable control.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k9pkr Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity in violation of applicable financial crime laws.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent Platform security systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to k9pkr and may be voided.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers across multiple accounts or in combination with external platforms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable local law without appropriate authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing k9pkr staff, agents, or other Players through any communication channel.

10. Responsible Gaming

k9pkr is firmly committed to responsible gaming and the wellbeing of all players on the Platform. The following tools are available directly from your account settings at no charge and without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the k9pkr Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and database architecture — is the exclusive property of k9pkr or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without k9pkr's prior written consent.

Use of k9pkr's name, logo, or trademarks in any promotional, commercial, or comparative context without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k9pkr, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorised access.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, infrastructure failure, or events beyond k9pkr's reasonable control.
• Errors or delays in bet settlement arising from data feed failures by third-party providers.
• Actions taken by k9pkr in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding.

k9pkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the value of your real-money balance held at k9pkr at the time the relevant claim arose.

13. Termination & Suspension

k9pkr may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You are found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• k9pkr is required to do so by an instruction from a regulatory authority, licensing body, or law enforcement agency.
• Your account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. You will be notified prior to closure of an inactive account.
• k9pkr reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity in connection with your account.
• Continuing to maintain your account would expose k9pkr to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of your account for cause, k9pkr reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to inactivity or at your own request and no terms violation exists, your verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after identity verification is completed.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which k9pkr holds its international gaming licence. k9pkr operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of the relevant licensing authority.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Step 1 – Internal Complaint: Submit a written complaint to k9pkr by emailing [email protected] with full details of your dispute. k9pkr will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and issue a final decision within fourteen (14) calendar days.
2. Step 2 – Licensing Authority: If you are dissatisfied with k9pkr's final decision, you may escalate the dispute to the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction k9pkr operates. Details of the relevant authority are available on request from k9pkr support.
3. Step 3 – Alternative Dispute Resolution: Where provided for under the applicable licensing framework, disputes may be referred to an approved independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief or other interim remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction where immediate relief is required to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Amendments to These Terms

k9pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor clarifications and non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the k9pkr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page identify the currently applicable version of these Terms. Previous versions are available on request from k9pkr support.
